Next Steps

Gallagher and Gleeson are expecting to submit separate outline planning applications for the site to Wiltshire Council over the coming months, after comments from this consultation have been considered. 

Prior to the application submissions, Gallagher Developments and Gleeson Land will provide a response to the feedback from the local community and prepare a webinar which can be viewed on the project website from July 2026.

Following the submission of the planning applications, the Council will undertake a period of statutory consultation on them. At this stage you will have the opportunity to submit your comments on the applications to the Council before a decision is made.

It is anticipated that the applications will be determined later in 2026 / early 2027.
