The package of on-site infrastructure and off-site contributions, will be refined through engagement with service providers, including Wiltshire Council once planning applications have been submitted.
The Council have also adopted a Community Infrastructure Levy, which pools financial contributions to fund strategic infrastructure projects.
Landscape and Green Spaces
The landscaping and green areas are central features of the proposals for the sites.
Green infrastructure will be utilised to provide a range of play and leisure areas within the site, as well as responding to the wider landscape context and key features near to the site (e.g., Pewsham Locks).
The green areas of the site will be designed to secure a net gain in biodiversity across the site.
The planning applications will include landscaping proposals for the sites.
